To succeed one must change their way of thinking. It's NOT "what can I get away with" in regards to your diet, fitness, work, relationships and being a high functioning, efficient and decent human being.
Being a "warrior" is not about killing people, overthrowing kingdoms or occupying countries! Everyone can be a noble warrior in their everyday life. A real warrior is someone who makes the right decision even when it's not the easy or popular way of doing things.
There's always a greater treasure at the end of the road less travelled, anything worth HAVING is worth fighting for!!!

Bizzy bizzy bizzy!
Okay, so it's been a while since my last post, a lot has happened! I was honored to be at the LA Fitness Expo with BMR Nutrition on January 29-30 and at the International Salon and Spa Expo on the 31st!!, I was interviewed by "I am Warrior", Bodybuilding.com, Jiu Jitsu Magazine, Iron Man Magazine and many more and was featured on "Good Day LA" on Monday! Ive been training hard and have big big BIG plans for this blog and the "in-progress" website (Coming Soon!!!) so whoever likes it and has comments and suggestions, please stay tuned and write in! I recently got over a particularly tough bout of sinus cold and pneumonia following immediately after having severe muscle strain and spasms in my lower back so my energy level has not been at my peak! I'm feeling optimistic about the coming weeks though, big opportunities are on the horizon and hard work is paying off!
I'd really like to start a segment on health and fitness advice for women...and guys too so please write in with questions!
I am currently extremely proud of and happy with my body, I am at 124 lbs and measurements are 34D-23-35 with a 14% body fat. I want to help all women understand their bodies and how to get the results they want! My body is extremely touchy, believe it or not, I can't eat certain things before noon, or before and after a workout, I hardly even take Tylenol and I rarely drink, when I do it's red wine or champagne. Understanding how to make your body perform at its best is a trial and error process, but I'd be happy to provide insight into my experiences if it helps!
Also recipes and healthy meal plans...diet is EXTREMELY important!
Alright, I wanted to check in quick but I've gotta be up in 7 hrs for spin class and leg day....so ciao!
